Missouri to auction an industrial warehouse situated on 4.525 +/- acres. Located in the
Downtown Square area of North Central Topeka, Kansas, this 177,847 sf industrial warehouse
has been the cornerstone of the vibrant and changing downtown in Topeka, Kansas. The
property is currently occupied by Cardinal Brands. They are currently in the process of vacating
the building and moving their entire processing operation out of state. This property will be one of
the few vacancies in downtown Topeka and allows neighboring businesses to expand into this
