Weare, NH – Curiosity seekers and auction participants assembled together at an industrial park on B&B Lane Wednesday to witness the sale of a service garage located in the park, and a 4.8+/- parcel of land on South Stark Highway.

Hired by TD Banknorth (soon to be known simply as TD Bank) to conduct the foreclosure sale, Tranzon’s accelerated marketing campaign began in June. The campaign drew the interest of potential buyers throughout New Hampshire.

10 registered bidders participated in the public out-cry auction, with both properties selling for a combined total of over $391,000.00. Auctioneer Michael Carey, who conducted the sale, said, “This sale shows the market is still strong with ready, willing, and able buyers.  All parties are pleased with this result.”
