Buyers Premium: No Buyers Premium.
Closing: 30-Day closing, sold in As-Is condition, no contingencies.
Deposit Amount: Ten-Percent (10%) in guaranteed funds is to be submitted with your offer.
Broker Co-op: One-Percent (1%) of the purchase price will be paid to a properly registered broker at settlement.
