The sale includes two contiguous parcels totaling 12.6 +/- acres in Lanham Maryland.  The parcels will be offered both individually and together.  The parcels are located near the intersection of Greenbelt Road and Good Luck Road. The Good Luck Road property consists of 6.7 +/- acres.  The Greenbelt Road property consists of 5.9 +/- acres.  Both properties are zoned C-O (Commercial Office). Buyers Premium: 5% Buyers Premium based on the high bid.
Closing: 45-Day closing, after US Bankruptcy Court Approval, sold in As-Is condition, no contingencies.
Deposit Amount: a minimum deposit of $50,000 in guaranteed funds per parcel
Broker Co-op: 2% of the high bid will be paid to a properly registered broker at settlement.
